Genital warts typically appear as small, fleshy bumps or growths in the genital or anal area. They may be pink or flesh-coloured, and can be smooth or rough to the touch. Unlike skin tags, genital warts can cause itching, burning, or discomfort in the affected area. They may also grow in clusters and have a cauliflower-like appearance.
