One Contrave tablet contains 90 mg of Bupropion and 8 mg of Naltrexone. 

It is taken orally. The initial dose is one tablet daily. After one week, the dose is increased to one tablet twice daily and, by week four, to two tablets twice daily. 

Do not take Contrave with high-fat meals due to a significant increase in absorption of the medication by the body.
