In Malaysia, prostate cancer is the third most common cancer in men. There are currently no standard guidelines to screen for prostate cancer.
The American Cancer Society (ACS) recommends prostate cancer screening in men at age 50 who are at average risk and are expected to live at least 10 more years. Screening at an earlier age is recommended for men who are at a higher risk.
